Cancellation policy:

No penalty, if cancellation or reduction of reservation is made at least 35 days prior to the arrival date. For cancellations between 30 and 7 days before check-in, a 25% fee will apply (75% refund if paid). For cancellations within 7 days, no-shows, early departures, or reservation changes, a 100% fee applies with no refund.
